Peter Johns
Peter was formerly Head of the Banking Division at NM Rothschild, until his retirement in 2008 after more than 30 years with the Bank. He was a member of the Rothschild Group Management Committee, which operates as the Executive Committee of the Swiss Holding Company board. In 1985, he became responsible for the bank's property lending business and was appointed to the Board of Rothschild Bank International in Guernsey and the main NM Rothschild Board in 1987.

Michael Lynn
Michael qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1971. After qualifying he joined Deloitte in London, later moving to their Paris office. He was a Corporate Finance Executive with Charterhouse Group (now part of HSBC) and also held responsibility for a large commercial and industrial property portfolio owned by the bank, acting as a Director of a number of its European subsidiaries. Most of his career has been devoted to the Financial Services sector, where he has been a Founder, CEO or senior director of regulated businesses, including general and life insurance and pension investment.

Mark Shipman
Mark is a founding partner of Michael Elliott LLP, a leading Central London boutique property investment agency. Since forming the business in 1985, he has advised on the acquisition and sale of more than £20bn of properties, as well as several major corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Over the past 25 years, he has been involved with the sale and purchase of many of the country's best known buildings, including Millennium Dome, Centre Point, The Burlington Arcade, Earls Court & Olympia, the Time & Life building and Riverside House. He has also transacted over half of the buildings on Bond Street in terms of value including Ralph Lauren's flagship store, 1 New Bond Street as well as Prada, Cartier and De Beers. As well as conducting agency business he has created work out strategies for Nippon Credit Bank of Japan, Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Fund in partnership with Chelsfield Plc, and disposed of the UK portfolio of the non-performing loan book from Swedbank. Mark has more recently set up the Leonardo Property Fund with three partners.

He was an Executive Committee Member of The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML). Vice Chairman of The Association of Mortgage Lenders (AML). He was Chairman of The Finance Industry Standards Association (FISA), Chairman of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM), Secured Lending Group and Chief Executive of the Association of Short Term Lenders.
